• Model Home Program - ACS has developed several Model Home Programs to meet the needs of each builder. Whether you build 5 homes a year or 500 homes, we have a Model Home Program tailored specifically for you. We also have individualized Spec Home Programs. • Incentive Program - For builders who choose to make a commitment to Partner with ACS for their Home Technology Needs, we have developed a rebate program that contributes profits right to your bottom-line.



• Technology Consulting Appointments - This is a proven successful process working with your homeowners.



• Step 1 Discovery - Meet with your clients in our showroom to conduct a needs analysis, demo products, consider various options, and develop a customized home technology plan.



• Step 2 Design & Develop Proposal - Based on customer input during step 1 a system is designed based on those desires. A detailed proposal is developed itemizing & explaining the major options along with pricing, and is then presented to the customer.



• Step 3 Installation, Training, & Follow Up - Installation is scheduled & coordinated with the builder. All cables, terminations, and equipment is tested and labeled. Training and orientation is provided after homeowner moves into their new home.




Single Point of Contact

At ACS both the builder and their homeowner have a single point of contact, and that person is one in the same. This person is our Design Consultant/Project Manager. He meets with the customer to determine their needs, coordinates with the builder, and oversees the implementation for ACS.

This Single Point of Contact assures satisfaction of all parties. It is this unique approach that allows ACS to provide you, the builder, a higher level of service.
